Trippchain provides an AI-powered travel search and direct booking platform. We connect travelers directly with accommodation owners, bypassing traditional OTA intermediaries. Our zero-commission model means no hidden fees are added to property rates.

2. Bookings

All bookings are executed directly with the property owner or their PMS. Trippchain acts as a technology facilitator, not a travel agent. Cancellation policies, payment terms, and house rules are set by the individual property and displayed before booking confirmation.

3. AI-Generated Content

Search results, trust scores, and recommendations are generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy, these should be considered advisory. Users are encouraged to verify critical details directly with properties before finalizing bookings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Trippchain is not liable for the actions or omissions of property owners, nor for the accuracy of third-party data sources used in trust scoring. Our liability is limited to the fees, if any, paid to Trippchain for the specific transaction in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trippchain Ltd is incorporated.
